Adult Diabetes Support Group
This support group will help diabetics and their families to manage their diabetes through proper nutrition, exercise, and taking care of special needs such as dental, eye, skin, and foot care.

Healing Hearts Club
This support group is designed to help participants deal with life after a heart attack, heart surgery, or any other chronic heart condition.

Life after Loss
Support from others can be one of the best ways to deal with the grieving process of losing a loved one.

Babysitting Clinic
This course provides the participant with numerous hands-on learning experiences.

Blood Pressure Screenings
Fourth Friday of every month (except November and December, one week earlier)
1-4 p.m., Medical Specialties Clinic (use the ramped entrance off the main parking lot); no appointment necessary.

Girls' Wellness
Girls ages 9-12, along with their mother or adult friend, attend this program to help in understanding growth and adolescence. Topics include: makeup, relationships, exercise, nutrition, and physical changes.

Infant Massage
Parents can learn to bond with their child, reduce tension, and aid in the child's physical development all with massage. All family members and care givers are welcome.

Smoking Cessation - Freedom from Smoking
If you need help quitting the habit, RMC can help. Call for the next available class.

Standard First Aid Certification
The outcome of an injury problem frequently depends not only on the severity of the problem, but in the first aid rendered. This course provides first aid certification from the National Council of Safety.

Waking Up to Wellness: Senior Breakfast Series
Every Spring and Fall, a breakfast series is offered just for seniors. A new health topic is featured with every session. Sessions are free and open to the public. Call for a program brochure.

Weight Watchers
This healthful weight management program has been focused into a single concept through the points food system. Participants will learn to make healthy lifestyle changes to help ensure progress toward goals and inspire them with power to succeed through a supportive system.
