Throughout the year, the Foundation for Ripon Medical Center offers awards to community organizations or individuals that exemplify excellence in one or more areas. Currently active awards include:
Community Service Award 2009
The 2009 Foundation for Ripon Medical Center Community Service Award is designated for any community member or organization that exemplifies the following qualities, is located in the greater Ripon area (including Green Lake, Brandon, Fairwater, Markesan, Montello, Princeton and Rosendale), and whose contributions to their communities should be recognized:
- Caring
- Integrity
- Passion for a cause
- Unselfishness
- Innovation
- Follow-through
- Strengthens communities
To nominate a special person or organization, write a short essay (500 words or less) that demonstrates the qualifications listed above. At least one letter of support/recommendation should be included to give testimony to the nominee’s long-standing commitment to these qualities.
The winner will receive a plaque and recognition at a special awards breakfast, held in June.
